General Information
All of the goods we offer AAA grade quality shoes to you with Box,Card.Keychain.extra laces,etc.
All of the shoes are brand new in their original packing unless otherwise noted.
All prices we quoted including shipping cost.
We offer different price based on different quantity,the more quantity U order the lower price we offer U.
You will receive a order conformation after we receive your payment . We can provide a tracking number to you after 3-4 days,but subject to your prepayment.
All shoes run true to size. You can order sizes 7-13 including half sizes.
Ask all questions and know more info before order.
All merchandises only delivery upon full prepayment.
Return & Exchange
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges if returning shoes to us. If you do not ship it back to us for inspection, we cannot offer you return or exchange.
Customers must fill out our Return/Exchange form and forward to us within 5 days from date of receipt.
If your shoes are accepted for exchange we will notify you with instructions on how to mail it back to us.
Shipping & Delivery
All Shoes are shipped from China. The shipping carriers we use depends on your location.
You will receive a tracking number from us after 3-4 days in which you can go to the shipping carriers website and track the package.
We are not in a position to responsible for any actions customs takes against your package. If your package is held at customs we will attempt to help it released.
All packages must be signed by your name. it is an important confirmation.
In some instances (not all), there will be a customs charge applied to your package. Buyer is responsible for all customs charges (duty and tax) applied to your package.but totally it is only costs you a little.
We DO NOT offer COD. and NOT accept Paypal or Credit Card.
Shipping Policy
The shipment ONLY after full payment for any orders. the tracking number will be given to buyers for check up the status of their orders.
For shoes we have in stock, send to our clients the goods always in 2 workdays after we have receive the payment, for bulk orders, shipping is after production completed.
Shipping Options
We don't carry duties on any damages or loss during shipping.
We can send shoes to virtually any address in the world.
Shoes are usually delivered via air express ways. Mostly EMS,DHL,TNT,UPS,FEDEX,SODEXI and others if you indicate.
The price is including shipping cost.
If your country's custom seized the shoes,you will have to find a solution in your side.If Chinese customs seized the shoes,we responsible for that.
